Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, follow the same rules and are covered here.

This policy follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools issued by the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in June 2021, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and the ANPD’s guide on Cookies and Personal Data Protection.

Which cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies. They keep the website working and don’t require consent (Art. 122 of the Privacy Code; Art. 7, V and IX LGPD). They can’t be turned off from the notice, only in your browser settings, in which case some parts of the site may stop working.

idelma-cookies (local storage, first-party): stores your cookie choice and when you made it. Lasts 6 months.
Client area session (first-party): keeps you signed in while you use it. It ends when you sign out or close the browser, or lasts up to 30 days if you check “Keep me signed in”.

Statistics, advertising and profiling cookies. We don’t use any today. If we start using them, they will only be turned on after your free, informed and specific consent, given in the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 7, I and Art. 8 LGPD). This page will be updated before that.

Third-party services

The fonts and icons are hosted on this website itself: we don’t load files from external services such as Google Fonts, and no third party places cookies through our website.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other websites take you to services with their own policies, which apply from the moment you leave this website.

How consent works

On your first visit, we show a notice. Until you choose, only necessary cookies are active.
“Accept all” and “Reject all” are equally prominent. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
In “Customize”, you choose category by category: necessary (always on), statistics and marketing. Statistics and marketing are off by default.
Closing the notice with the X counts as declining. Continuing to browse does not count as consent.
We keep your choice for 6 months. After that, or if the cookies change, we ask again.

How to change your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, in cookie preferences, also available in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

For data processed through cookies, you have the same rights as in the privacy policy: access, correction, deletion, objection, portability and information about sharing, among others. Write to info@idelma.eu. You can also complain to the Garante (garanteprivacy.it) or to the ANPD (gov.br/anpd).

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. If the change involves cookies that require consent, we ask for your choice again.
