We prepare a written proposal tailored to your case, with everything that’s included and a fixed price agreed before we start.

Ongoing support
Once you approve the proposal, we take care of every step we agreed on: city, home, school and paperwork. We go with you wherever you need to be and help with conversations in Italian.

Arrival
We’re with you on the ground in your first days, so the beginning feels lighter.

You sign, and you decide. We don’t provide legal or tax advice or sworn translations.
Do I need Italian citizenship to work with Idelma?
No. We help people arriving with Italian citizenship and also people coming with another kind of residence permit. What we don’t handle is the citizenship or visa process itself: for that, we refer you to partners.
Do you work in Milan, Rome or other regions?
We work in Emilia-Romagna, the region where we live and can support you in person. Other regions, on request.
Can I start before leaving Brazil?
Yes, and that’s ideal. The consultation is online, and the home search, school search and first documents get underway while you’re still in Brazil.
Do you rent or sell property?
No, and we don’t take commissions from owners or agencies. We search, visit and advise; the decision and the signature are always yours.
How much does full support cost?
It depends on what your move needs. Once you’ve told us about your situation, you get a written, all-inclusive, fixed-price proposal before we start.
